Heat Shields and Seal Segments

Doncasters is a leading supplier of cast and fabricated heat shields and seal segments to the aerospace and industrial gas turbine (IGT) industries.

Materials include cobalt and nickel base alloys and high temperature stainless steels. The Group manufactures parts in which include HP, IP and LP seal segments and combustor case heat shields in the following range of sizes:

  • Up to 5.12 in. (130 mm) by 200 mm (7.87 in.)
  • Down to 1 mm wall section.
