Dirkson Charles
Co Chairperson
Dirkson is the founder and CEO of Loar Group Inc., a leading designer and supplier of aerospace and defence products, with expertise in working with companies in the sector that have niche, proprietary and/or leading product offerings in their markets. He is the Chair of the Doncasters Strategic Committee.
Previously Dirkson served as CFO and Executive Vice President for McKechnie Aerospace between 2007-2010.
Nick Sanders
Co Chairperson
Nick has held various roles in the aerospace industry, most recently serving as Chairman of Gardner Aerospace from 2010-2019. He is Chair of the Compensation and Nominations & Corporate Governance Committees and also serves on the Audit and Strategic Committees.
Previously he was CEO of CompAir Inc from 2002-2009, and was the Operational Director at TRW Lucas Aerospace between 1992-2001.
He began his career at the aerospace division of Rolls-Royce.
Taiwo Danmola
Non-Executive Director
Taiwo joined DPC Holdings Limited as a Non-Executive Director in January 2026 and is the Chair of our Audit Committee. He has served as a Financing and Accounting Consultant at Global Infrastructure Solutions Inc. since 2021. He also served as Director of Loar Holdings Inc. since January 2024 and of Security Mutual Life Insurance Company of New York since September 2022.
Prior to his current positions, Taiwo served as Assurance Partner at Ernst & Young, LLP from 2002 to 2020 and at Arthur Andersen, LLP from 1997 to 2002. Since 2022, Taiwo served as a non-Trustee member of the audit committee of the Brooklyn Public Library.
Stan Deal
Non-Executive Director
Stan Deal is a Non-Executive Director of DPC Holdings Limited in January 2026 and sits on our Compensation Committee. He joined Boeing in 1986, and is executive vice president of Boeing and president and CEO of Boeing Commercial Airplanes having retired in March 2024. Prior to this role, Stan was president and chief executive officer of Boeing Global Services. He is a member of Boeing’s Executive Council.
Prior to leading Boeing Global Services, Stan had held a number of essential leadership positions at Boeing Commercial Airplanes, including running its supply chain and serving as sales leader for the Asia-Pacific region.
Alex Harman
Non-Executive Director
Alex joined DPC Holdings Limited as a Non-Executive Director in February 2026 and sits on our Nominations and Corporate Governance Committee. He is a member of JFLCO’s Management Committee and Private Equity and Credit Investment Committees having joined in 1999.
Prior to JFLCO, Alex was a member of the Global Energy Group at J.P. Morgan & Company, and he has served on many of the boards for JFLCO’s investments, including currently serving as Chairman of CodeMettle, NorthStar Group, TMS Group and Wellman Dynamics and as a director of Atlas Air Worldwide, Atomic Transport, CTS Engines, Mission Microwave, Trillium Engineering and Wrist Group.
Willi Meixner
Non-Executive Director
Willi currently serves as a Non-Executive Director of DPC Holdings Limited, a position he has held since February 2026, sitting on our Audit, Compensation and Nominations & Corporate Governance Committees. He has over 30 years of experience in the global energy industry working in service and new equipment businesses for steam turbine generators, turbo compressors, gas turbines and power plants.
He has held multiple leadership positions, including as Chief Executive Officer of the Power and Gas Division from 2015 to 2019, at Siemens until 2021. He is also a Non-Executive Director of SolydEra SpA.
Henry F. Brooks
Non-Executive Director
Henry F. Brooks currently serves as a Non-Executive Director of DPC Holdings Limited, a position he has held since March 2026, where he sits on the compensation committee and the strategic committee. He has over 40 years of experience across the engineering, operations and business unit management industries. He previously served as President – Power & Controls at Collins Aerospace, part of Raytheon Technologies Corporation (RTX), and currently serves as a Special Advisor to RTX.
He also serves as a Non-Executive Director of Badger Metals Inc., where he sits on the Compensation and Human Resources Committee, and is a board member of the General Aviation Manufacturers Association, where he chairs the Security Committee.
Mike Quinn
Chief Executive Officer
Mike was appointed CEO of Doncasters Group in March 2020.
Most recently he served as the CEO of Ervia, the parent company of Gas Networks Ireland, Irish Water and Aurora Telecom.
Mike was Group Vice President of Precision Castparts Corporation from 2005-2014, with responsibility for five operating businesses across 10 locations.
David Egan
Chief Financial Officer
David was appointed as Chief Financial Officer in May 2024.
He is a seasoned Board and Executive Committee leader, with proven skills in strategy development, transformation and change execution across public and private companies.
David has significant international and commercial experience in the industrial sector, building strong teams and adding value to multinational companies, including Pioneer International, Hanson, Alent, and RS Group plc.
Helen Barrett-Hague
General Counsel & Chief Risk Officer
Helen joined Doncasters Group as General Counsel and Chief Risk Officer in June 2021.
Helen is an experienced General Counsel who has worked across engineering and industrial sectors at various PLCs, including the Pennon Group where she was instrumental in advising on strategy, contracts, litigation, risk, liability, disclosure, compliance and governance.
Jason Mays
Chief Operating Officer
Jason became Chief Operating Officer in January 2025 alongside his role of President of Americas.
He joined Doncasters in 2012 as General Manager, Doncasters Castings of Oxford, before becoming Managing Director, Structural Castings in 2016.
Prior to joining Doncasters, Jason spent 6 years as General Manager of US Casting & Machining Operations Hitchiner Manufacturing, and 16 years at Alcoa/Howmet in Quality, Sales, Manufacturing and Plant Management roles.
Claire Davies
Chief People Officer
Claire joined Doncasters in 2014 and has worked in various HR roles with increasing responsibility across the UK and US, most recently as the HR Director for Central Services.
Claire assumed the position of Chief People Officer on an interim basis since November 2023 and was made permanent in the role in June. A key focus is the succession pipeline and talent development, as well as enabling data driven processes and improvements.
Indy Rattu
Doncasters President – Europe
Indy joined Doncasters Group as Vice President – European Operations in June 2022.
Indy has worked for many years in the automotive and aviation industry, across multiple disciplines, covering quality, engineering, project and contract management.
In more recent years, Indy progressed to Deputy Chief Operating Officer at Gardner Aerospace, then moved to PCC where he was Vice President & General Manager Aerostructures and then moved to the USA as Group Vice President Fluid Fittings.
Jason Wood
Vice President – Global Sales IGT and Aerospace
Jason was appointed Vice President of Global Sales in January 2025.
He joined Doncasters in June 2020 as Sale Director – Aerospace before taking on increasing responsibilities across both Aerospace and IGT segments.
Before joining Doncasters, Jason spent 11 years with Precision Castparts Corporation – Structurals Division leading commercial and sales activity across Europe in Aerospace, Energy and Defence sectors.
Jason’s early career was spent at Chromalloy and then at Rolls-Royce in Engineering, Value Engineering and Strategic Purchasing functions.
Joe Lane
President – Mobility Division
In January 2025 Joe was appointed President of the Mobility Division.
Before his appointment, Joe was the Managing Director of Mobility. He has over 30 years of international experience from multiple sectors including energy, sustainability, electronics, electrical FMCG and medical devices.
Steve Pistono
Vice President – Strategic Projects
Steve is our Vice President – Strategic Projects.
Steve is a Certified Public Accountant with experience across aerospace, medical and industrial markets. He has worked extensively across Europe, Americas, and Asia.
